CLICK HERE for letter to parents sent out 5th January. We are open for children of critical workers and vulnerable children. This has had to be reviewed in the light of the overwhleming applications we have had for places in school. Please keep in touch with us if you require a place or are able to manage without. We are mindful of the Government's priority "to stay at home" where possible in order to minimise the spread of this new variant on COVI-19. The safety of our children and are staff are our priority.
Please CLICK HERE to read our updated 'home learning' strategy. Also CLICK HERE. for our tiered response. Please bear in mind that with school operating fully to critical workers and vulnerable, home learning will need to be constantly reviewed in order that staff have the time to deliver lessons IN SCHOOL as well as HOME LEARNING.
We wish we could all be in school as usual. We are also very mindful of the pressures home learning places upon parents at home. The Home learning is for guidance only - only do what you can manage. Please keep in touch with us if you are experiencing any problems, or just need someone to talk to. We will do our best to help!

In the event of your child self isolating due to COVID-19, we have put in place a tiered approach to 'home learning' to inform you how this will work. Please HERE to read this information. This may be subject to change as staff are in school teaching every day as well as supporting children at home.
We will be using Microsoft TEAMS and Tapestry to inform you of the work provided for home learning. This will be a combination of timetables with links to online lessons via Oak Academy, The White Rose Hub etc. and uploaded resources as well as teacher recorded videos/ live sessions. These will be matched to the children's learning in school and will follow the National Curriculum/ EYFS guidance. The learning will follow our tiered approach.
Please CLICK HERE for information on how to access TEAMS. Year 3 & Year 4 will be shown how to use TEAMS in school, as part of their lessons using ipads and laptops.
Our motto of 'caring, sharing, preparing for life' will help our children cope with a full return to school. Please read this information on how we plan to support our children and families with this through our 'recovery curriculum'. CLICK HERE.
