COVID-19 Catch up Premium:

The Dfe has allocated £650 million catch up premium for the academic year 2020 to 2021. This is to ensure that schools have the support they need to help all pupils make up for lost teaching time due to Covid-19. This is especially important for the most vulnerable and disadvantaged backgrounds. CLICK HERE for our strategy.

Home learning

In the event of your child self isolating due to COVID-19, we have put in place a tiered approach to 'home learning' to inform you how this will work. Please  HERE to read this information. This may be subject to change as staff are in school teaching every day as well as supporting children at home.

We will be using Microsoft TEAMS and Tapestry to inform you of the work provided for home learning. This will be a combination of timetables with links to online lessons via Oak Academy, The White Rose Hub etc. and uploaded resources as well as teacher recorded videos/ live sessions. These will be matched to the children's learning in school and will follow the National Curriculum/ EYFS guidance. The learning will follow our tiered approach.

Please CLICK HERE for information on how to access TEAMS. Year 3 & Year 4 will be shown how to use TEAMS in school, as part of their lessons using ipads and laptops.

You can also look at class pages (Useful Information or Homework at the bottom) and follow this link for websites to help your child at home.
