This week in P E we focused on teamwork.
Our objective was to get a hoop all the way around our circles without letting go of each other’s hands.
We were so good at this that our teacher gave us a challenge: to get TWO hoops travelling around the circle at the same time!
We had to communicate really well and encourage each other. This was a great game and we all worked hard together to achieve our aim.
We then practised our ball control skills, aiming at a target, throwing, bouncing and catching.
We played a game where we stood in a circle, said a friend’s name and bounced the ball for them to catch.
The tricky bit was to bounce the ball in the hoop first!
