We looked at Usain Bolt’s World Record 100m sprint and discussed what he had to do to become such an amazing athlete.
We thought about how we could become faster runners by copying some of his techniques.
We then worked in teams to record our times for the 100m sprint… do you think we can run faster than Usain Bolt?
