Meadows Wellbeing Crew

At Meadows First School, we have a dedicated pupil leadership group called the Wellbeing Champions. They work together to lead initiatives based on our Wellbeing Wheel, which includes Safe Me, Active Me, Calm Me, Happy Me, Friendly Me, Clever Me, and Unique Me. These themes help every child feel safe, healthy, respected, and ready to learn.

As a Gold Rights Respecting School, this group plays an important role in promoting children’s rights, particularly Article 24 (the right to health and wellbeing) and Article 12 (the right to have a voice). Through their projects, the Wellbeing Champions make sure pupils’ voices are heard and that our school is a place where everyone’s rights are understood, respected, and lived every day.
