The Eco-Council is a pupil-led team with two democratically elected representatives from each class. These children play an active role in decision-making and work hard to reduce the school’s environmental impact—championing every child’s right to live in a clean and healthy environment (Article 24). The Eco-Council provides a platform for pupils to share ideas and take action, ensuring their voices are valued (Article 12) and helping to create a caring school community where respect for our world and each other is at the heart of everything we do.
